Aquapark and staff was fantastic with upgrade to apartment. Food was amazing and value for money. Have been many times to high tatras but this stay was great and will be back again.

This is my 3rd time at aquacity poprad so I can’t fault aqua city as love the laser show with the blue diamond pools to relax in and the wellness is first class. Shuttle bus is great for skiing. The half board with food option is really good and the food Amazing. I’ve been in summer and outside pools is great. We was lucky as got an upgrade from the double standard room to the apartment. Will be back in the summer !!!

All I knew of this venue before I arrived is that it is huge, it certainly is. There are so many indoor and outdoor pools to choose from, some with waves and some with slides – all great fun. The outdoor pools are heated so they are quite nice in early/late evening even in the colder months. In one of the indoor pools is a laser light show, absolutely worth going to see this and it’s included in your pass – really well put together and stunning to watch. There is also a spa facility with a great selection of saunas and a steam room or two. We sat in the “fire and ice” show during one session, hosted by a member of staff they talked through the benefits of a sauna. Would also recommend attending one of these. You can easily spend a day here and enjoy the lot.

Everything was perfect. Large and clean rooms, good food. The Aqua center was really perfect. Very close to the Tatras where you can have also a great experience.

Had a great day, especially in the spa. It was busy but what do you expect on a boiling hot day. We were surprised how calm it was considering the numbers of people. Ok facilities.

Came to Poprad for a day of R&R after 4 days of hard trekking in the high Tatras (and before the next 3 days). The highlight was the visit to AquaCity. We took the evening deal in which you can stay from 17:00 until closing time (22:00) and pay same as a mid-day 3-hour visit. We also took the Vital pack, so after a little time in the outside pools and water slides, we went into the spa and enjoyed the large variety of saunas, baths and cold washes. It was great, very well maintained and not crowded at all. The sauna show was a fun surprise. Went back to the mountains the next day refreshed and rejuvinated!

We went for the all day ticket at about 25 euros each which allowed one entry (but unlimited time) into the baths and sauna area which was great. The slides and fun pools were good fun even if you aren’t a kid! Would highly recommend but would need to stay a good few hours to get your money’s worth. Restaurants and bars are on site and a free locker area too.

Visited here for the day in July . Was a really fun time , weather was good and lots of things to do both inside and out , Olympic sized pool , flumes and wave pools,as well as entertainment provided by the excellent staff. Fantastic spa also lots of different options for saunas etc and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to Go back on my next visit to Poprad .
